Rising Phoenix’ – Netflix to broadcast ground-breaking Paralympic movie

The Paralympic Games might have been postponed, and it has taken a toll on our athletes, however 2020 has brought change in the Paralympic movement as Netflix will be realising an amazing movie that demonstrate the true power of sports.

Rising Phoenix will premier in 190 countries on the 26th of August, to celebrate our 1 year to Tokyo 2020 Paralympic games which will be staged in 2021 in Tokyo, Japan. The documentary of one man’s dream to create change and how it turned into the largest sporting event in the World.

Featuring athletes that we have seen rising from the grassroots levels to become change makers and breaking barriers across the world that has signify the Paralympic Movement in changing lives.

Athletes featured in the film include Bebe Vio (Italy), Ellie Cole (Australia), Jean-Baptiste Alaize (France), Matt Stutzman (USA), Jonnie Peacock (UK), Cui Zhe (China), Ryley Batt (Australia), Ntando Mahlangu (South Africa) and Tatyana McFadden (USA).
