Ananias Shikongo and his Guide Sem Shimanda bring Silver medal for their performance in the 400m T11. They finished in 51.14s.  It was an impressive upgrade on the bronze won at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games where he won a landmark treble, which so included gold and a games record in the 200m.
